A: Of course, I cook directly on the induction cooker. I've been using it every day since I bought it and the bottom doesn't burn at all. The bottom of the skillet is stainless steel, which works well on the induction cooker and heats up quickly.

Q: Can I use this ceramic frying pan to fry eggs without oil?

A: Sure, but you would better keep the temperature under control. I love this ceramic non-stick coating and it is also a great egg frying pan for me.

Q: Does the handle of the wok pan get hot on the gas stove? Does it wobble?

A: I've used it a few times on the gas cooktop, but it doesn't burn my hands or cause any bumps at the bottom. What I like most about it is that the handle doesn't weigh too much and it doesn't shake on the stove, so it's a very stable pan for cooking.
