Pisco Sour

Bright and refreshing, this classic cocktail uses our homemade, aerated citrus juice. Though we call for pisco (an unaged brandy), feel free to use any liquor you prefer.


  • 1.5 ounces (44 ml) pisco

  • 1.5 ounces (44 ml) citrus juice

  • 0.75 ounces (22 ml) simple syrup

  • 1 egg whites

  • 1 cups (100 g) ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in the blender container in the order listed and secure the lid.

  2. Start machine, and run for 15 seconds.

  3. Remove lid and pour equally into 3 glasses, straining ice as needed.
